OCTOBER 30, 2012 was an unforgettable day for me. It was history so to speak. I was given the great honor and privilege to have intellectual exchanges with the distinguished Committee of Experts in Remedial Law at the U.P. Law Center. Admittedly, majority of them are my idols and former professors. Expectedly, being tasked to recommend the answers to the 2012 BAR Exam, it was almost inevitable that a battle of the brains and clash of opinions ensued. I prepared hard for it. Actually, hindi ako natulog! hehe... I was very happy that I was able to establish my equanimity. For several times, my opinions have been sustained by the majority. I earned the respect of my great mentors and eminent authorities. One of my former professors even noted, "You are very sharp. Ang dami mo alam ha!" I humbly replied, "Sir, kayo po ang Idol ko. In any event po, the spring cannot rise higher than the source." :) Perhaps, with a good performance in the deliberation, the UPLC requested me to consolidate all the views of the members of the Panel of Experts (including mine of course...hehe) and finalize the proposed answers to the Supreme Court on the 2012 BAR Exam in Remedial Law. As a result thereof, I lost my holidays. Hehe...Now, I have to make-up to my Baber and KC. Thanks to my good friends Judge Marlo and Ms. Lina of UPLC. Best regards to everyone..May God bless us all
