REQUISITES FOR INTERPLEADER:

                1.         The plaintiff claims no interest in the subject matter or his claim thereto is not disputed;

           2.         The parties to be interpleaded must have adverse or conflicting claims to the property in possession or custody of the plaintiff.

                3.         The subject matter of the adverse claims must be one and the same.
